Shelly McAlpin is the newly appointed Executive Director for ServeWyoming. Her resume includes over 10 years of experience in nonprofit management including grant administration, program coordination, emergency volunteer coordination, fund development, policy administration and new program development. She currently holds a Master's Degree in Political Science and Foreign Policy from the University of Wyoming and is certified in volunteer management. Prior to this appointment, Shelly was the program director for ServeWyoming, coordinating and developing the VolunteerWyoming component of ServeWyoming while supervising the AmeriCorps*VISTA program. Shelly was originally introduced to ServeWyoming as a volunteer. Shortly after that, she joined the ServeWyoming team.

Nurieh is a Program Officer with ServeWyoming, monitoring and assisting the development of various AmeriCorps programs in Wyoming. She most recently earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration at the University of Wyoming. She has been involved with AmeriCorps since 1997 as a member, a VISTA, a Commissioner and now an employee! Although, originally from California, AmeriCorps brought her to Wyoming which is now her second home. Service is her passion and loves encouraging others to find ways to volunteer.

Clinton Harper is currently serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA for the Natrona and Converse counties. Although growing up in southern California, he has been enjoying the rainy Seattle weather for the past 7 years. After graduating from the University of Washington with a BA in Business Administration and Management, Clinton spent time volunteering and teaching English in Chile, Taiwan, and China. When not on the clock, you can find him playing and writing music, bowling, traveling, trying to golf, exercising, and learning new languages. During his year of service in Wyoming, Clinton looks forward to the new opportunities that will present themselves and all the wonderful people that he is sure to meet.

Debra Bulluck recently completed her year of service as a VISTA Volunteer with ServeWyoming in August. After her year of service, Debra decided to stay with the ServeWyoming family as their Community Liaison/Special Projects Coordinator. Debra completed her Bachelors of Arts in Spanish at Berea College in Berea, KY. Debra comes to ServeWyoming with a strong background in service-learning in higher education. She looks forward to furthering ServeWyoming's mission in her new role.

Zoe White is a Community Volunteer with ServeWyoming serving in Sublette County. She is very passionate about volunteering and even refers to herself as a "professional volunteer". Although she grew up in California (Los Angeles), she loves the wide-open spaces of Wyoming. She has lived in Wyoming for almost 6 years and currently resides in Pinedale, WY with her 3 children and husband.
